CDC’s business activity is providing any or all of the following specialized services in a wide range of construction relate activities such as:

General contractor, designing and preparing total cost estimation of following works: civil, industry, traffic, irrigation, technical infrastructure.
Making and assessing investment project of following works: civil, industry, traffic, irrigation, technical infrastructure of industrial zone, new town and protecting environment;
Designing detail planning of residential, urban functional zone and industrial zone;
Verifying technical design, Total cost estimation of constructions;
Topography and geology surveying of constructions;
Managing project, supervising constructional technique of following works: civil, industry, traffic, irrigation, technical infrastructure;
Tender preparation and bidding consultancy;
Service of investment consulting (not include law and finance consulting)
Consulting on constructional investment (making feasibility study, basic design, technical design, construction design, bid) works of electrical transmission and transformer station with a voltage up to 35KV; Designing works of electrical transmission and transformer station with voltage up to 35KV;
Designing and executing interior and exterior decoration of the project;
Verifying, examining and certifying quality cor-responding of constructional works;
Wholesale computers, peripheral devices and software.
