1991

September 18th, 1991

Consultants, Designers and Constructors Conpany (CDC) was established in September 18th, 1991 according to Decision No 525/BXD-TCLĐ issued by Minister of Ministry of Construction (MoC).

1992

March 10th, 1992

In March 10th, 1992, Consultants and Constructors Company merged together Construction designing and Scientific & technical application enterprise into the Consultants, Designers and Constructors Corporation (CDC for short) according to Decision No 101/BXD- TCLĐ issued by Minister of MoC.

1993

May 5th,1993

CDC was re-established by Decision No 158A/BXD-TCLĐ issued by Minister of MoC.

1993

December 25th, 1993

CDC was supplemented missions and organizational framework by Decision No 1100/BXD-TCLĐ issued by Minister of MoC.

1996

February 3rd, 1996

CDC was graded by the 2nd class company according to Decision No 190/ BXD-TCLĐ issued by Minister of MoC.

2000

January 27th, 2000

CDC was graded by the 1st class company according to Decision No 132/ BXD-TCLĐ issued by Minister of MoC.

2000

July 10th, 2000

CDC was supplemented scope of consultant services by Decision No 928/QĐ-BXD issued by Minister of MoC.

2005

January 4th, 2005

MoC granted Decision No 04/QĐ-BXD on arrangement, renovation and development of CDC Company by orienting equitization.

2006

September 18th, 2006

Decision No 1307/QĐ-BXD issued by MoC on approving equitization plan of Consultants, Designers and Constructors Corporation (CDC).

2006

November 30th , 2006

Decision No 1631/QĐ-BXD issued by MoC on adjusting equitization plan and converting Consultants, Designers and Constructors Corporation into joint stock company.

2007

January 10th, 2007

MoC issued Decision No 38/QĐ-BXD on adjusting content of Decision No 1631/QĐ-BXD issued on 30/11/2006 on adjusting equitization plan and converting Consultants, Designers and Constructors Corporation into joint stock company, in there, official name is Vietnam Investment consulting and Construction designing Joint stock company (CDC).

2007

January 19th, 2007

CDC JSC., was awarded certificate of business registration No: 0103015356 by Ha Noi Department of planning and investing.
