General Introduction

Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Designing JSC., formerly known as Consultants, Designers and Constructors Corporation (CDC) equitized under Decision No. 38 / QD-BXD dated 10/01/2007 issued by Ministry of Construction, is working on the most powerful fields of consulting. The non-stop development led CDC to become the 1st class consulting company  and 2nd company in construction field received the International Certification on Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2000 granted by AFAQ- ASCERT International (AAI).

With a team of over 285 staffs of CDC are consultants, designers and experienced experts are working at home and international countries with various professional and wide experiences, work in large field of construction:  constructions of civil , Industry, traffic, irrigational works, technical infrastructure and environment, etc ..


Brand name of CDC is more and more getting prestige, advantages and stable in the construction field. In 2004, CDC has honour of receiving the award «VIETNAM GOLD STAR» by the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vietnam awarded. In 2005, CDC was awarded the Labor Medal class III by the Vietnam President. 2006, 2009 CDC was awarded the construction emulation flag by the Minister of MoC. 2004, 2008, CDC was awarded emulation flags by the Prime Minister. In 2011, the 20-year anniversary of the establishment of the CDC, the 2nd class Labor Medal awarded for the CDC by President. The 25-year anniversary of the establishment ofthe CDC (18/09/1991-18/09/2016) , CDC was honored to receive the 1st classLabor Medal awarded by President.


The company has invested more specialized copyright software  for designing as: Analysis and Design Buildings software: ETABS of CSI (Berkeley University - USA), Software stress analysis, deformation of the ground floor for designing tunnels, retaining walls ...: SIGMAZ -  GEOSLOPE software of Geoslope  International Ltd. (Canada). In addition, CDC is Distributor of GEO5 - Geotechnical software of FINE Ltd. (Czech Republic) and the structural analysis software PROKON (UK) in Vietnam.
